 San Isidro Plaza Cerrillos Road and Zafrano Drive Santa Fe, NM 87507  San Isidro Village is located at the intersection of Cerrillos Road and Zafarano Drive in Santa Fe, NM. It is a 250,000 sf (+/-) community shopping center in the heart of Santa Fe’s retail hub. Anchors include Lowe’s Home Improvement and Regal Theater. San Isidro Plaza is located at the intersection of Cerrillos Road and Zafarano Drive. 
This project entailed the annexation, rezoning and subdividing of 95 acres located in Santa Fe’s growing south side. The property assemblage was one of the largest in Santa Fe’s history comprising of 34 separate landowners. The Commercial portion consisted of the development of a 25-acre site plus all public roadways and infrastructure to support the project. The building construction required immense coordination where at one time there were four separate general contractors on site working on six different buildings. The final project is comprised of 11 buildings totaling 244,000 square feet and a 200 car parking garage.
