			<description>The Medical/Dental Building-465 St. Francis Dr. Santa Fe, New Mexico Building was constructed in 1977 and is located strategically within the St Vincent’s Regional Medical Center’s main campus.  Although the building is structurally sound, it has not kept up with technology that is required by current medical facilities.  Branch Design and Development has recently finished undertaking the complex renovation of the building utilizing up-to-date technology and also capturing an additional 7000 square feet of new leasable space.
The renovation program includes a new exterior finish and revised parking which will allow better access to the building.
